We at Performia (Sweden) want you to have simple access and thus be able to use a professional personnel test system. If you need to evaluate an applicant or any person within your organization the system is already setup for you.  

As it is often hard to know exactly how much and when you need to test people, we have prepared this binder and our system for you so that IF and WHEN you need to test anyone, you then have all what you need at your fingertips. You simply follow the instructions in this manual and you can easily send the test(s) to the person or the people who you want to analyze.

It does not matter where the person you want to test is located or what language he or she speak the best. You can send the test by email in any of about 30 languages to that person.

Within 24 hours you will get a full report from one of our trained evaluators both verbally and in writing.

The normal thing you would do when using Performia in hiring is to send an Exec-U-Test (evaluates personality) plus what we call a Performance Check (Productivity  Analysis). Based on the results we find, our evaluator will give you a firm description of that person, a recommendation whether to hire or not and as well give you tips of how to best manage this person in case you decide to hire him/her.

You will only be debited if and when you use the service. There is no yearly fee or cost of any kind, should you not decide to take advantage of the system.  For full information on prices see under section X.
