Our company found out about the Performia System a few years ago and we decided to buy a license only in May this year.

Now after 4 months of using it I can say that we gained a lot of important information about each applicant after testing them. This information allows us to decide if the candidate is the right person for our team. We cut down the time needed on the hiring process as well as initial training time because we know his/her ability to be productive and we see the characters and skills of the applicant which makes the training faster and the production level higher.

The results from testing and interviewing with Performia's system convinced us of its high quality and its accuracy.

I would never have guessed that one can get such a clear picture of a persons plus and minuses as well as his character just by doing these tests. It would not be possible in a normal hiring interview.

We appreciate Performia’s System so much as the tool for building a stable and effective company, which thinks the main capital is workable and strong team.

Our decision to use Performia System is the right one and we recommend it to anyone who aim to progress and expand. Because we already know that people working on their posts with responsibility and meeting targets willingly are vital for each company.

I’ve been working as an HR Manager in our company for 4 years.

I got to know the company Performia 1.5 year ago when I returned to my job from maternity leave. We cooperated with Performia externally in this period – we ordered tests for candidates which were successful in various hirings. We used the system of questionnaires on our stable employees and results were a very positive surprise – not only for management but for tested persons too.

After the experience with functioning questionnaires, our owner decided to buy a license and I came to the seminar where I learned not only basic procedures of evaluating tests but I also learned very interesting and effective ways to write ads which is actually the first "screening“ of candidates.

Now I cannot imagine not using this testing technology for every position in our company. We changed the whole recruitment process on the basis of using the Performia system and we interview only candidates who were selected through questioners and tests and this saves me a lot of time.

I believe that buying and using the Performia license is the biggest success of our company in the year 2009.

Effective Hiring Solutions

This seminar was excellent! I received a lot of new information and the subject is coming together beautifully.

There were very valuable drills and practical examples from life and for me it was very valuable that I could attend together with my partners so that we have the same reality and can work together in our company.

Kick off Seminar

Marten is unbelievably outstanding trainer. I received new information about confidence – how to use it before signing a contract with a new employee. I remind me again how it is important to carry on only to right and productive people.

Thank this seminar it is clear to me how easily I can introduce new employee to good production.

And my biggest win is the understanding of importance and necessity of using conditions formula. Now I know that without it is only lottery if the things go well and on the other side it is the main reason when things don’t go well.
